A ranch house in Hamburg, a parts plant in Georgetown, and a poultry farm in Christian County share a sun and little else. We fit the analysis to your roof, your meter, and the decision in front of you.
Different roofs, same sun, very different math.

See how we helpCenter For Solar is an independent solar advisor for homeowners, businesses, and farms across Kentucky, and for organizations anywhere in the US that want a second set of eyes. We’re fee-only. We don’t sell panels, we don’t install, and we take no commissions or referral fees from installers, lenders, manufacturers, or developers. We work for you.
Our clients stand under very different roofs. A homeowner weighing a 25-year lease, a plant manager answering a customer’s emissions questionnaire, and a farm family reading a developer’s lease offer share the same sun and almost nothing else. The utility, the rate schedule, the tax position, and the people who must approve the decision all change the math.
Homeowners usually want to know whether a proposal is fair now that the 25D credit is gone. Small businesses want to know how much of a bill solar can reach, and what the landlord will say. Manufacturers face a federal placed-in-service deadline at the end of 2027 and customers asking for Scope 2 numbers. Farms juggle seasonal loads, co-op rules, and land lease offers. Distilleries and hospitality venues need to separate steam from electricity and stories from evidence. Nonprofits, schools, and public bodies need a clear route through elective pay and a report the board can read.
Pick the group closest to yours on this page. If you fit two, such as a farm with a guest cabin or a church that runs a school, start with either one.
When you need an engineer, electrician, attorney, CPA, or licensed financial adviser, we say so plainly and help you prepare good questions. Our scope of services spells out the limits, and how it works walks through an engagement step by step.
The question that usually starts the conversation, and the service built to answer it.
Is this proposal fair, and what will the lease payment be in year 25? A Proposal Second Opinion answers both in five business days.
How much of our electric bill can solar actually reach? A Commercial Feasibility Study separates energy, demand, and fixed charges.
Our largest customer wants Scope 2 figures next quarter. Where do we start? With the questionnaire, before the roof.
A developer offered rent per acre for three decades. Is it competitive? A Land Lease Offer Review compares the terms side by side.
What can we honestly tell visitors about our energy? Carbon & Scope 2 Reporting builds claims that hold up to questions.
How do we get bids the board can compare and trust? Installer RFP & Bid Leveling puts every proposal on one page.
We don't sell panels. We don't install. We work for you.
