We meet clients in person across Kentucky when it helps, and we work remotely with clients anywhere in the US. Most first conversations happen by phone or video and take about 20 minutes.

If you’ve been given a deadline, put the date in your first message. Pressure to sign quickly is a reason to slow down, not speed up, and a written deadline helps us plan the work around it. Many common questions are already answered in our FAQ.

A person reads it
Every message is read by a member of our team, usually Jenna Morrow, who routes it to the right advisor.
A reply within one business day
You'll hear back within one business day. Messages sent over a weekend or holiday get a reply by the end of the next business day.
A fit call, if it makes sense
If you're weighing a project, we'll offer a free 20-minute fit call and send a short list of documents to have ready.
Visiting the office
Our office is at 651 Perimeter Drive, Suite 440, Lexington, KY 40517. Visits are by appointment, so the right advisor is in the room and your file is ready. Call (859) 487-5027 or email welcome@center4solar.com to set a time, and we'll send directions. If paper is easier for you, bring your bills and proposals. We'll scan them while you wait and hand them back.

Can I just call?

Is it safe to email my bills and proposals?
Email works for most documents. If you'd rather not send account numbers or contracts that way, ask for a secure upload link. Please don't email passwords; we'll arrange a safer route if we need access.
Do you work with clients outside Kentucky?
Yes. We work remotely with clients anywhere in the US. Kentucky clients can also meet with us in person when that's useful.
