Start a project: tell us what you're deciding

Request a solar analysis in a few minutes. Tell us what you're weighing, and we'll reply within one business day to set up a free, no-obligation fit call.

The idea

Farmers don't plant by feel; they plant when the soil reaches temperature. Energy decisions deserve the same patience.

Step 1 of 4 · About you

Which describes you best?

Use the form on this page to request a solar analysis, a proposal review, a lease offer comparison, a system health check or any of our other services. It takes a few minutes. You don’t need to know which service fits. Describe the decision, and we’ll work out the rest.

What the form asks

  • Your name and the best way to reach you
  • The kind of property or organization: home, business, farm, nonprofit or public body
  • What you’re deciding: a proposal, a lease offer, an existing system, a questionnaire, or “not sure yet”
  • Any deadline, such as a proposal expiration date or a board meeting
  • Your electric utility or co-op, if you know it

Request a solar analysis without the sales follow-up

Sending the form doesn’t commit you to anything. We never share your details with installers, lenders or developers, and a person replies, not an automated sequence. Our privacy policy explains what we keep and why.

You don’t need every document to start. One bill and the proposal or offer in front of you are enough for the fit call. The most useful detail to add is the one people leave out: any deadline you’ve been given, and who set it.

Want to see the whole process first? Read how it works and how our fees work. Prefer to talk? Call (859) 487-5027 or visit our contact page.

Helpful to have ready

Nice to have, not required. On the fit call we'll tell you which documents actually matter.

  • Homeowners: a recent electric bill and any solar proposal, lease or loan offer you've received.
  • Businesses: a few months of bills for each meter, plus any installer quotes or customer questionnaires.
  • Farms and landowners: the lease offer letter or draft, and bills for the meters on the farm.
  • Existing system owners: your contract, the inverter brand and any monitoring login you still have.
  • Nonprofits and public bodies: bills for each building and the date of your next board or budget decision.

Step by step

What happens next

  1. We read your request

A member of our team reads it, usually the same day, and matches it with the right advisor.

  2. We reply within one business day

You'll get a reply with times for a free 20-minute fit call and a short document checklist.

  3. The fit call

We learn the situation and tell you honestly whether we can help. If we can't, we'll tell you what kind of professional can.

  4. Your written scope and flat fee

If it makes sense to go ahead, you receive the scope, timeline and fixed fee in writing. Nothing starts until you approve it.

A fit call is a conversation, not a sales call. If the honest answer is that you don't need us, you'll hear it in the first 20 minutes, at no cost.
